  1. It is indeed a happy time of year and more like summer with the lovely weather. I do actually fear this is our summer and actual summer will suck once more. So lets enjoy x

  3. Looks like the most wonderful way to spend a day - in the garden with tea and scones!
We're slipping into the cooler months here, and I'm already missing all the loveliness of Spring - but looking forward to nourishing and hearty winter cooking!

    Have a great day!

  6. Jacqueline, I'm afraid of that possibility too as it seems to have been the case for the last three years or so.

Marie, it's all about positive thinking!

Marina, glad to make you smile.

Kitty, thanks! It's from Cath Kidston. I usually find her stuff a bit too twee, but couldn't resist this one.

  9. Thanks so much for popping by my blog and leaving a comment about my little bunnies!

I've never have the courage to make my own scones before but yours look so good I may have to give it a try!

  10. Hi Sylvie:

This is my first time on your post.

What part of Germany are you from? (I know that is like saying "you are from Halifax, do you know my cousin in Vancouver")

We lived in Lahr in the blackforest for 6 years. Love, Love, Loved it!
We were very unhappy to leave.

I like the look of your blog and have subscribe.

  11. Tracy, glad to make you smile.

Laura, looks like winter is back at least here in Manchester. Back to jeans and jumpers for a bit.

Sandra, have a go! It's easy.

Charlie, thanks for your comment. I'm from a place called Coesfeld in Westphalia, near the Dutch border, so quite a way away from Lahr.
