Coming soon....

I've kindly been given some sourdough starter. I fed it for the first time today. Very excited and also a wee bit scared. I've made plenty of yeast breads, but have never tried sourdough.

So watch this space!

    I can't wait Sylvie!! I have always wanted to make Sour Dough bread. I am sure yours will be fabulous! Love the picture. You are a very talented photographer!

    Thanks, Marie. We'll find out if it'll be wondeful soon. I believe getting the crust right can take a bit of work.
